1. Do you have trial lessons?

Yes! We do. We understand that music lessons can be expensive, so before you lock in for a full term, or even just a full lesson, we offer a 25 minute trial lesson for $30. Strictly 1 trial lesson per student.

2. Am I too old? Is my child too young?

We have experience teaching all ages and welcome anyone at any level and age. We do recommend a minimum age of 3 years, and shorter lessons for younger kids (due to attention span).

3. I’m not in Victoria/Australia, can you do online lessons?

Yes! We offer online singing, piano, accent coaching, and performance prep lessons online via Zoom, Skype, Discord, or Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you or your child has access to a good quality webcam, headphones, and microphone.

4. Can I book in for a full term?

Yes! We offer full term bookings in accordance with the Victorian School Term schedule. We recommend booking a full term if you or your child are interested in AMEB or VCE exam prep and syllabus.

5. I can’t make my lesson, can I cancel for a refund/credit?

If you are cancelling your lesson within 24 hours of said lesson, whether in person or online, you are not eligible for a refund. However alternative lesson times may be arranged at the sole discretion of Enya. If you are cancelling with 24 or more hours notice, you are entitled to a refund for that lesson, or are able to get a credit/reschedule at no extra cost to you.

6. Do you accept cash or direct deposit?

Direct deposit is available for all lessons, paid in advance of the lessons. An invoice will be sent upon booking.

*Full term lessons must be paid in full at the latest 1 week before Victorian Term commences.

Cash is available for single lesson bookings, paid on the day on arrival at lesson.
